Through the fundraising efforts of the folks from Edward Jones Memphis, Healing Images has placed 22 images in the Memphis VA’s hospital with another 20 more come.
Since 1922, VAMC Memphis has been improving the health of the men and women who have so proudly served our nation.
Their Vision is to be a patient-centered health care organization for veterans providing excellent health care, education and research; an organization where people choose to work; and an active community partner.
The fund raising effort lead by the folks at Edward Jones to provide these images is not only a testament to the quality of their organization but to their commitment to support the men and women who have served our nation.
It was a wonderful collaboration between the VA, Edward Jones and Healing Images. Was it successful? Just read this note we received from the Public Affairs Manager:
"We have received so many compliments from veterans, visitors, and staff on the beautiful pieces of art. Everyone enjoys walking down the hallways now and taking time to view the artwork.
